Lance is our Eastern territory rep. He’s been with Setcom for about 2 years and is one of our most upbeat team members! If you’re out on the east coast, he’s your go to guy for all industrial and fire products we offer.

Our most tenured rep, Doug has been with Setcom for over 15 years! An outdoorsman at heart, but a headset salesman by trade, Doug is an invaluable member of our team. He’s packed to the brim with industry knowledge and funny one-liners. He focuses on the western half of the US.
He covers the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, MT, NM, NV, OK, OR, TX, UT, WA, WY

Shannon
Shannon came to us with a wealth of experience, knowledge in the police motor industry, and positive energy! She’s our only sales rep that has their main focus on our police communication systems. Based out of north Texas, you can find her at police rodeos throughout the year showing off our new MOCS II system.

Our newest addition to the team, Andrew! Based out of Michigan, he’s the youngest member of our team and the most motivated. Known to our team as having the most “interesting” taste in food (primarily McDonalds), he’ll be out and about this year hitting the central US.
